Providing a safe & accessible haven IS THE MOST IMPORTANT ASPECT of YOUR HOME

Home modifications increase independence for the aged or those with disabilities.  According to AARP, by 2035 an estimated 31 million homes will have a resident with a disability that causes a limitation in moving around the home or completing daily tasks. Home modifications increase safety and independence allowing them to say in their home longer.  While it is possible for a non-professional to assess the modifications needed to make a home both accessible and safe, the use of a professional is worth the additional effort.

We recognize a disability's progression to project potential future needs, saving additional costs and making lifelong modifications.  Additionally, knowledge of the full breadth of products available provides the homeowner with choices taking into consideration the homes structural limitations and monetary concerns.
